Saturday Stall Prices

Applying for a stall at Acton Saturday Market is so simple with our online form and more details under our Traders FAQ. We’ve will give priority to small, local, creative businesses and ethical trade. We allocate stalls to traders to make the market inviting to visitors and an easy layout to walk through. Business stalls are assessed through trading with us and we offer Market trading intermittently. The stall layout and aesthetics are very important to us and eye catching to potential customers, so please make sure to make an effort with your display.

Single Stall

 3 x 3m (Includes 1 table): £25 per day
New traders: Online payment discount available

Extra table £5

Double Stall

4.5m wide x 3m deep (Includes 2 tables): £35 per day
New traders: Online payment discount available

Larger than Double Stall: Limited larger pitch spaces may be available and charged at £5.00 per metre.

Legal Obligations

All traders must obtain their Public Liability Insurance before trading at the Market. We recommend:

  • Combined Market Traders Insurance Association at www.cmtia.co.uk – provides an instant insurance cover for all UK based market traders
  • National Market Traders Federation at www.nmtf.co.uk – offers insurance, as well as information and advice for all UK based market traders.

Additionally, food traders need to provide us with the following documents:

Traders need to:

  • Display their business name
  • Lighting as none is supplied. (If mains lighting please book a stall with electricity)
  • Extension lead (at least 10m long) fitted with a 3amp fuse, if you need electric. All leads and appliances must be new and PAT tested (all reputable shops sell PAT tested leads)

Please pre-book a stall, as those that turn up on the day will be turned away.
