STALL APPLICATION FORM
If you are interested in a stall please complete the application form below.
The How to become a trader page and the form below includes all the information you will need about trading, including pitch prices and legal requirements.
We aim to respond within 48 hours of your enquiry and may ask for more images of your product or stand set up. If we have a pitch available you will receive instructions on how to pay for your pitch. Once you have paid you will receive an email confirmation of your booking. We will then email you a few days before trading day with set up instructions.
Please note that we do not operate on a first come first served basis. Stalls will be allocated in advance and in accordance with our criteria. If you do not have a website or social media where we can view your products please forward additional supporting information and images to mary.horesh@actionwestlondon.org.uk.
Please note we have some permanent pitches and some that we offer on rotation. We aim to give as many people as possible an opportunity to trade with and permanent pitches will be offered to those whose stalls are popular with shoppers and those that make an effort with visual merchandising.
